Dear Mr Roberts

Whilst I have come to expect excellent service with your fuel deliveries, I have to comment on the exceptional service received over the Christmas holiday period.

Having enquired about a delivery prior to Christmas, I was told that, due to heavy demand, you would not be able to supply until the New Year. This date was subsequently brought forward to 30th December. In the meantime, on Christmas Eve my fuel ran out so I duly phoned to let the company know. Not expecting a delivery till 30th, imagine my delight when at 6.45pm that day your tanker arrived with my fuel!

Your telephone receptionist ladies were, as usual, very helpful and understanding and the young man doing the delivery was cheerful, polite and efficient.
